SPLA targets artillery positions of Moroccan occupation forces in Hawza sector

Bir Lahlou (Sahrawi Republic), April 16, 2026 (SPS) – Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) targeted artillery positions of the occupation army in the Hawza sector, causing significant losses among the Moroccan occupation forces.

The military communiqué issued by the Ministry of National Defense highlighted that advanced units of the Sahrawi army struck artillery positions of the Moroccan occupation forces in the Lakteitira area of the Hawza sector.
