SPLA units target rear positions of Moroccan occupation army

Bir Lehlou (Sahrawi Republic), October 01, 2026 (SPS) – Units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) targeted rear positions of the occupation army in the Guelta sector, causing heavy losses among the Moroccan occupation forces.

A military communique issued by the Ministry of National Defense highlighted that advanced units of our fighters carried out a concentrated bombardment today, Thursday, targeting a site where occupation forces were stationed behind enemy forward bases in the Jbeilat El Beid area in the Guelta sector.
