Shaheed El Hafed, August 29, 2026 (SPS) – Member of the National Secretariat, Prime Minister, Bushraya Hamoudi Beyoun chaired today, Saturday, a meeting of members of the government and governors, devoted to expressing full support and solidarity with the brotherly Algerian people in confronting the forest fires that have affected several provinces in central and eastern Algeria.
The meeting also addressed the presentation of sincere condolences and sympathy to all the bereaved families affected by this tragedy, while reaffirming the solidarity of the Sahrawi people with the residents of the affected provinces and with the entire brotherly Algerian people.
In this context, Member of the National Secretariat, Head of the Political Organization Secretariat, Mr. Amrabih El Mami, announced in his address the launch of a solidarity campaign across all Sahrawi wilayas and national institutions in support of the affected Algerian citizens.
In a statement to the Sahrawi Press Agency (SPS), President of the Sahrawi Red Crescent, Bouhbaini Yahya Bouhbaini, reaffirmed that the Sahrawi people, in all their segments, stand with the Algerian people during this difficult time and will make every effort to support those affected, as an expression of the deep and longstanding bonds of brotherhood between the Sahrawi and Algerian peoples.
