Shaheed El-Hafed, October 2, 2025 (SPS) - The Preparatory Committee for the 11th Congress of the Youth Union of Saguia El Hamra and Rio de Oro announced today, Thursday, the date, venue, and slogan for the organization's 11th Congress.
In a statement exclusive to the Sahrawi Press Agency (SPS), the Deputy Chairman of the Congress's Preparatory Committee, Hayaye Ahmed Baba Hayaye, clarified that the Congress will be held from November 25 to 27, 2025, in the wilaya of Awsard, under the slogan "Sahrawi Youth: Mobilizing Energies to Confront Challenges," and will bear the name of the martyr El-Khalil Sid Ahmed Omar.
Hayaye Ahmed Baba Hayaye indicated that the Congress will be an opportunity for youth executives to deeply examine policies that contribute to strengthening institutional building, in accordance with the Action Program issued by the 16th Congress of the Polisario Front, while taking into consideration the conclusions and outcomes that will result from the 11th Youth Congress.
