President of Republic offers condolences on passing of former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari

In a condolence message sent by President Brahim Ghali to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, he expressed his sincere sympathy to the government and people of brotherly Nigeria, affirming that the late president was a patriotic man who defended Africa's dignity and respected its laws, and his passing is a great loss for Nigeria and the entire African continent.
