
Kampala (Uganda), May 23, 2025 (SPS) – The Sahrawi Republic is participating in the 2025 African Commercial Courts and Arbitration Meeting, hosted in Uganda's capital, Kampala.
The Sahrawi delegation is headed by the President of the Constitutional Council, Mr. Mohamed Buzeid, accompanied by Mr. El-Hassan Saad Bouh, member of the Constitutional Council, and Mr. Brahim Mohamed Lemam, Director of African Affairs at the Constitutional Council.
The opening session was attended by Uganda's Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, representing the President of the Republic of Uganda, alongside broad international and African participation.
The first day's proceedings featured significant interventions by heads of African courts and constitutional councils, with discussions focusing on mechanisms to enforce decisions through alternative dispute resolution methods.
