Algiers, May 8, 2025 (SPS) – The Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, received the Ambassador of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR), Mr. Abdelkader Taleb Omar, who paid a farewell visit upon the completion of his mission as Ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
Mr. Abdelkader Taleb Omar has been appointed as the head of the Social Affairs Committee, a member of the Permanent Bureau of the National Secretariat, and the Minister of Education and Vocational Training in the Sahrawi government.
During his tenure, Mr. Abdelkader Taleb Omar, a member of the National Secretariat, was received and bid farewell by several Algerian political parties, organizations, and civil society groups.
He was also honored by the Diplomatic Forum in Solidarity with the Sahrawi People, which includes ambassadors accredited to both Algeria and the Sahrawi Republic.
