Boumerdes (Algeria), August 12, 2026 (SPS) – The organizing committee of the Summer University for Executives of the Polisario Front and the Sahrawi Republic organized a media exhibition documenting the Sahrawi people’s struggle over five decades.
The exhibition features photographs and paintings covering various political, military, and diplomatic aspects of the Sahrawi cause in international forums, as well as the gains achieved on the ground.
The exhibition highlights the stakes and challenges that faced the Sahrawi people’s struggle, while reflecting the evolution of international support and solidarity, as well as popular support for the Polisario Front and the Sahrawi Republic.
It also provides an overview of the distinguished relations between the Algerian and Sahrawi peoples and between the two states in various fields.
Through photographs, the exhibition highlights the historical dimensions of the Sahrawi cause in international forums, particularly the African Union (formerly the Organization of African Unity).
The exhibition also sheds light on human rights violations and the uprising in the occupied territories, providing tangible evidence that exposes what it describes as the falsehoods of the Moroccan narrative.
