Algiers, 24 May 2026 (SPS) – Member of the National Secretariat, Sahrawi Ambassador to Algeria, Khattri Addouh, participated in the periodic forum organized by El Moudjahid in cooperation with the Mishaal Echahid Association to commemorate Africa Day.
The forum hosted Fateh Boutbig, who was recently elected as the new President of the Pan-African Parliament. He affirmed his determination to work toward enabling the African parliamentary institution to fully play its role in the fields of development and continental integration, in line with the objectives of Agenda 2063.
For his part, the Sahrawi Ambassador to Algeria, Khattri Addouh, stressed the Sahrawi people’s firm commitment to their inalienable right to self-determination and the establishment of their national sovereignty, considering the Sahrawi issue as the last decolonization issue on the African continent.
The forum was attended by national figures, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Algeria, as well as members of civil society.
