The first lecture was delivered by Professor Yiyang Chen, an academic from a university in China, under the title: “Incomplete Decolonization: The Vision of Chinese Youth and the Reconstruction of Their Understanding of the Western Sahara Issue.” The lecture examined the political, social, and cultural dimensions of peoples resisting colonialism and defending their inalienable right to self-determination, such as the Sahrawi and Palestinian peoples.

Valuable lectures were also presented by professors and academics from the universities of Berlin, Madrid, Algiers, Ouargla, Tindouf, and Tifariti. These presentations mainly focused on the political aspects of the Sahrawi cause, the Sahrawi people's inalienable right to self-determination and independence, and the attainment of their legitimate rights as guaranteed by international law and relevant United Nations resolutions.
