Tifariti University, 02 December 2025 (SPS) – The headquarters of the Tifariti University Dean’s Office hosted Monday the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between Algeria’s Blida University 2 and Tifariti University.
The event was attended by Moulay Mhamed Brahim, Dean of Tifariti University, along with members of the university administration from the Sahrawi side, as well as Professor Kortal Farid, Director of Blida 2 University, Professor Bouazza Boudarsaya, Director of Tindouf University, and Professor Ferdi Hammadi, Deputy Director of Tindouf University.
The agreement aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the two universities, exchange expertise, and benefit from experiences in university administration and management.
It also includes organizing joint scientific studies and research, and programming scientific and academic conferences related to the Sahrawi cause across various fields.
The agreement additionally outlines the organization of exchange visits between professors and students from both universities and encourages students to address the Sahrawi issue in their graduation projects.
The Dean of Tifariti University, Moulay Mhamed Brahim, expressed gratitude and appreciation to Algeria—its people and government—for its principled stance in defending international legality in Western Sahara and the right of peoples to self-determination.
He praised such high-level visits and presented an overview of Tifariti University since its establishment, including its objectives, future plans, and international relations.
