Kigali (Rwanda), November 12, 2025 (SPS) – The Sahrawi Republic is taking part in the African workshop dedicated to developing the Continental Strategic Plan for Immunization, organized by the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC).
The workshop aims to ensure vaccine availability for years to come and promote the exchange of experiences among countries in the field of immunization.
The event runs from November 10 to 14, 2025.
The Sahrawi Republic is represented by a delegation from the Ministry of Public Health, including Ms. Demaha Mohamed Mohamed Mbarek, Central Director of Medical Care, and Mr. Sidi Omar, Central Director of Prevention.
The delegation delivered several important presentations and interventions highlighting the Sahrawi Republic’s experience in vaccination and disease prevention.
