Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) September 08, 2025 (SPS) – The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, in his address at the second African Climate Summit held in Addis Ababa, appealed to the African and international communities to support climate projects in the Sahrawi Republic.
President Brahim Ghali called on the "African and international communities to support the efforts of the Sahrawi Republic in the fields of environmental protection, combating desertification, and enhancing the resilience of local communities by financing climate projects, providing technology, and building capacities."
He also reaffirmed the Sahrawi Republic's full commitment to "the outcomes of this summit and to supporting all initiatives aimed at building a green, just, and prosperous Africa."
