
Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), September 7, 2025 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, met with heads of delegations from Africa and the Caribbean participating in the second Africa-CARICOM Summit at the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa.
In this regard, the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front held meetings with delegation leaders from Algeria, Angola, Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia, Venezuela, and a group of Caribbean countries, in addition to the Presidency of the African Union Commission.
President Brahim Ghali discussed with the delegations ways to enhance political and diplomatic coordination and develop areas of joint cooperation, in a way that strengthens the presence of the Sahrawi cause in international forums.
President Brahim Ghali is participating in the proceedings of the second Africa-CARICOM Summit, held in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.
President Brahim Ghali is accompanied by a delegation that includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs and African Affairs, Mohamed Yeslem Beiset; the Minister of Water and Environment, member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Adda Brahim Ahmim; the Permanent Representative to the African Union, Lamine Baali; the Ambassador for the Caribbean, Mohamed Zroug; the Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic, Abdati Breika; and the Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic in charge of Media and the Arab World, Nanna Laban Rashid.
