Shaheed El-Hafed, 24 March 2026 (SPS) – Mohamed El-Mami Tamek officially assumed Tuesday his duties as Minister for the Occupied Territories and the Diaspora, succeeding the late martyr Mustafa Mohamed Ali Sidi El-Bashir.
The inauguration ceremony was presided over by the Prime Minister, member of the National Secretariat, Bushraya Hammoudi Bayoun, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Government, the Consultative Council, and the staff of the Ministry of the Occupied Territories and the Diaspora.
This appointment comes within the framework of the presidential decree issued by the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, through which a partial reshuffle at the government level was carried out.
