Shaheed El Hafed, 21 March 2026 (SPS) – The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Mr. Brahim Ghali, issued a presidential decree through which he made individual appointments within the military institution, according to a press statement issued by the Presidency’s Media Office.
Under the presidential decree, the following individuals were appointed to the following positions:
Ham Salama – Chief of Staff of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army.
Taleb Ammi Deih – Deputy Chief of Staff.
Bidallah Mohamed Ibrahim – Head of Operations Staff.
Moussa Mohamed Lamin – Commander of the Third Military Region.
Loud Dafa – Commander of the Seventh Military Region.
Yerba El Maaloum – Central Director of Reconnaissance.
Mohamed Salem Zeroual – Central Director of Training.
Aida Sadafah El Kenti – Director of General Administration at the Ministry of National Defence.
