Shaheed El-Hafedh, February 4, 2026 (SPS) – The 4th edition of the Arab Conference in Solidarity with the Sahrawi People kicks off today, Wednesday, under the theme “Prospects and Challenges,” at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and African Affairs.
The Conference, attended by Arab delegations and supporters of the Sahrawi cause, will feature lectures on the current situation of the Sahrawi issue in light of the geopolitical transformations taking place in the world. It will also include presentations on the latest developments of the Sahrawi cause at both the regional and international levels, in addition to discussions on the legal battle, the occupied territories front, and human rights.
Participants in the Conference aim to renew the expression of solidarity with the Sahrawi people in their struggle against colonialism and to work toward enabling them to exercise their legitimate and imprescriptible right to self-determination, in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions.
