Minister of Foreign Affairs and African Affairs receives new Venezuelan Ambassador to Sahrawi Republic

Shaheed El-Hafed, February 4, 2026 (SPS) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and African Affairs, Mr. Mohamed Yeslem Beissat, received Wednesday at the ministry’s headquarters Ambassador Emad Saab Saab, who handed over copies of his credentials as the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Venezuela to the Sahrawi Republic.

The reception took place in the presence of the Ambassador in charge of the Caribbean, Mohamed Zroug, along with directors and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On the Venezuelan side, the First Counselor at the embassy, Mr. Gabriel Toraba, was also present.
