Shaheed El-Hafed, 07 January 2026 (SPS) – The Prime Minister, member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Mr. Boushraya Hammoudi Bayoun, chaired a government meeting at the headquarters of the Prime Minister’s Office.
The meeting was devoted to coordinating responses to questions raised by members of parliament and the specialized committees of the National Council regarding the government’s 2026 program, as well as the main amendments and proposals submitted to enrich the annual program before its approval.
In a statement to the media, the Delegate Minister for Oversight, Inspection, Public Property, and Relations with the National Council, Mr. Fadali Ali Bouya, clarified that the meeting was dedicated to coordinating responses to the questions of MPs and specialized committees regarding the government’s 2026 annual program, and to finalizing the program in its final form before it is put to a vote by the National Council.
The National Council had held a plenary session yesterday, Tuesday, chaired by member of the National Secretariat, President of the National Council, Mr. Hamma Salama, and attended by members of both the legislative and executive bodies. The session was devoted to reviewing the work of the National Council’s specialized committees with the executive sectors in discussing the draft 2026 government program, as well as the main amendments and proposals submitted to enrich the government’s annual program in light of the evaluations and concerns expressed.
