Bir Lehlou (Liberated Territories), 11 December 2025 (SPS) – The President of the Republic and Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Kenya, Mr. William Samoei Ruto, on the occasion of his country’s National Day celebration.
In his message, the President of the Republic expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the government and people of Kenya for continued progress and prosperity, praising the tangible achievements Kenya has made in its path toward development and strengthening stability.
He also expressed his appreciation for the bilateral relations between the Sahrawi and Kenyan peoples, describing Kenya as a loyal partner and a key supporter of the Sahrawi people's struggle for self-determination and independence. He affirmed the Sahrawi Republic’s commitment to strengthening joint cooperation and developing bilateral ties of friendship in a manner that serves the interests of both countries and contributes to supporting joint African action.
The President of the Republic concluded his message by wishing his Kenyan counterpart success in his duties and wishing the people of Kenya further welfare, progress, and prosperity.
