Shaheed Haddad Base, December 01, 2025 (SPS) – Mr. Brahim Ghali, the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, oversaw the graduation ceremony of a batch of units from the Fourth Military Region at the Shaheed Haddad Military Base.
The graduation ceremony was attended by members of the National Secretariat and the Government, members of the General Staff of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army, members of the National Council, and delegations from various military branches, national institutions, and wilayas.
The graduation ceremony began with an inspection of the graduating batch, followed by a request to name the batch after the martyr Mahmoud Taib Moloud.
This was followed by a welcome speech by the commander of the Shaheed Haddad Military Base, who praised the high morale of the graduating batch and their discipline and rigor in work. He emphasized that the batch had acquired knowledge levels in various military aspects, in line with the requirements of the current war and field combat operations.
The graduation ceremony concluded with a speech by the commander of the Fourth Military Region, who confirmed that the batch had undergone training in various military specializations and combat arts, in addition to complementary lectures in various fields.
The commander of the Fourth Military Region explained that the pedagogical content of the training falls within the framework of combat preparation programs, primarily focused on achieving operational field necessities that will undoubtedly contribute to enhancing the combat efficiency of the graduating units.
