Shaheed El Hafed, November 13, 2025 (SPS) – The Sahrawi military institution highlighted the readiness of the units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA), across all formations, to confront potential challenges and stakes, affirming the continuation of its war against the Moroccan occupation until full sovereignty is established over the entire territory of the Sahrawi Republic.
On the fifth anniversary of the resumption of the armed struggle, on November 13, 2020, following Morocco’s violation of the ceasefire agreement, the military institution reviewed several formations inspected by the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Brahim Ghali. The inspection reflected the high level of field preparedness of the Sahrawi Army and embodied its loyalty to the martyrs who fell in the struggle for liberation.
On this occasion, the military institution reaffirmed its determination to continuously enhance the readiness and professionalism of the units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army, in order to fully perform their duties.
Through this military review, the institution emphasized that the decisive factor in both negotiation and conflict lies in the strength, professionalism, and constant readiness of the Sahrawi Army to maintain security and stability and to thwart the enemy’s plans.
