Shaheed El Hafed, November 10, 2025 (SPS) – The Council of Ministers has approved the evaluation report of the 2024/2025 annual program and the 2025/2026 annual program.
During its meeting on Sunday, chaired by the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Frente POLISARIO, Mr. Brahim Ghali, the Council discussed and endorsed both documents: the 2024/2025 program evaluation and the 2025/2026 annual program.
After a general presentation by the Prime Minister, the Council reviewed the evaluation document, highlighting the main achievements accomplished at various levels. The discussion covered key areas, including defense, security, the occupied territories, the diaspora, as well as administrative, legal, social, media, cultural, economic, and diplomatic sectors.
As for the government’s program for 2025/2026, it defines several main objectives that take into account the current challenges, particularly the course of the UN-led settlement process and the rapid international developments.
The program focuses on major fronts such as the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army and the Independence Intifada, in addition to improving public administration, the judicial system, and public order, as well as vital sectors including education, health, youth, and the diplomatic, media, and cultural fronts.
