Masses of Dakhla Wilaya take to streets denouncing attempts to circumvent Sahrawi people's right to self-determination and independence

Dakhla Wilaya, October 29, 2025 (SPS) – The authorities and masses of Dakhla Wilaya took to the streets today, Wednesday, in massive demonstrations denouncing attempts to undermine the Sahrawi people's right to self-determination and independence.

Participants in the demonstrations, who raised national flags and chanted slogans such as “No, no to autonomy — independence for Western Sahara,” and “Independence is the solution,” expressed their rejection of any proposals that do not guarantee the Sahrawi people's legitimate right to freedom, self-determination, and independence.

The demonstrators reaffirmed their steadfast support for the Polisario Front as the sole and legitimate representative of the Sahrawi people, emphasizing their commitment to back all steps and decisions it may take.
