
Seville (Spain), 16 October 2025 (SPS) – The University of Seville, Spain, organized a ceremony during the first week of October to honor winners of the third edition of its program recognizing efforts to promote culture, solidarity, and inclusion within the university environment.
The event was presided over by the Director of the University of Seville, Miguel Ángel Castro. Tifariti University received the award in the field of Sustainable Human Development at both the local and international levels through the Rasdele program. Through this program, Tifariti University welcomed dozens of students and professors from the University of Seville to teach and develop the Spanish language in Sahrawi refugee camps. The program also facilitated the practical component of undergraduate and master’s theses, thereby strengthening cultural and academic exchange between the two universities.
The award was received on behalf of Tifariti University by Mr. Mohamed Salem Daha, the Front’s representative in the Andalusia region of Spain.
