Algiers, September 21, 2025 (SPS) - The Ambassador to Algeria, member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Khatri Adouh, received the President of the Algerian Parliamentarians Association, Mr. Mustapha Khehilich, accompanied by his deputy, Mohamed Moussoudja, at the Sahrawi embassy.
The meeting comes within the framework of enhancing relations of support and solidarity with various Algerian civil society organizations, given the importance and role of these bodies and associations in developing solidarity work relations and expanding cooperation.
The President of the Algerian Parliamentarians Association reaffirmed his solidarity with the Sahrawi people, expressing full cooperation and readiness to enhance and strengthen solidarity work, pointing out some activities that the parliamentary association intends to organize in solidarity with the Sahrawi cause.
For his part, the Sahrawi Ambassador thanked the Algerian Parliamentarians Association for its contribution and participation in advocating for the Sahrawi cause.
He briefed the President of the Association on the latest developments in the Sahrawi issue, highlighting the international community's interest in finding a solution to the issue, which has exceeded 50 years, based on enabling the Sahrawi people to exercise their right to self-determination and independence.
