President Brahim Ghali forms group to monitor natural resources and related legal issues

Shaheed El Hafed, August 5, 2025 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, has issued a presidential directive to form a group tasked with monitoring the issue of natural resources and related legal matters.

The directive was issued in light of the issue's importance as one of the critical fronts in the Sahrawi people's liberation struggle and in view of the numerous judicial rulings and decisions issued by the United Nations, the African Union, the European Union, and other bodies.

Among its responsibilities, the group will follow up on all matters related to plundered natural resources and associated legal issues, and will raise them before various judicial and legal authorities.
