Algiers, May 28, 2025 (SPS) – A joint cooperation meeting was held today, Wednesday, at the headquarters of Algeria's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research between a delegation from Tifariti University, led by the Director of Higher Education and Dean of Tifariti University, Mr. Moulay Emhamed Brahim, and a delegation from the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, headed by the Director of International Cooperation and University Exchange, Mr. Hamdi Rasheed.
The meeting served as an opportunity to strengthen and coordinate cooperation between the Sahrawi Republic and Algeria in the fields of higher education and scientific research.
Discussions focused on ways for Tifariti University to benefit from Algeria's experience in distance education and digitalization, as well as support mechanisms for the university’s affiliated institutes and schools in training and professional development.
The meeting also addressed the organization of scientific and academic conferences on issues related to the Sahrawi cause.
Additionally, the discussions covered scientific research collaboration, the scientific journal of Tifariti University, and ways for the university to benefit from international support programs.
