Buenos Aires (Argentina), May 28, 2025 (SPS) – From May 28 to 30, delegations from Latin America, Europe, and Africa will gather in Buenos Aires to participate in the 2nd Conference of the International Federation of Journalists and Media in Solidarity with the Sahrawi Cause, following its first edition held in 2024 in the Sahrawi Refugee Camps.
The program includes plenary sessions and panel discussions taking place on Wednesday, May 28, and Thursday, May 29. On May 30, the closing ceremony of the Conference will be held, alongside commemorative events for the 52nd Anniversary of the Polisario Front.
The event is expected to bring together media professionals from Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Honduras, Italy, Paraguay, Portugal, Uruguay, Venezuela, Western Sahara, and Argentina. The Conference aims to follow up on proposals outlined a year ago and strengthen communication efforts in support of the Sahrawi cause in the region.
