Accra (Ghana), September 9, 2011 (SPS) - Mr. Mahjoub Sidina presented Thursday his credentials to President of the Republic of Ghana,Mr. John Evans Atta Mills, as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic.
During the ceremony at the presidential headquarters, the President ofthe Republic of Ghana expressed solidarity with the Saharawi people,stressing the importance of opening an Embassy of the Sahrawi Republic in this friendly country.
The Sahrawi Ambassador conveyed to the Ghanaian Presidentthe greetings and wishes of the President of the Saharawi Republic, Mohamed Abdelaziz, for his Excellency and the Ghanaian people of more progress and prosperity, emphasizing the commitment of the Sahrawi state to seek a just and final solution to the Sahrawi question, respecting international lawand UN resolutions and enabling Sahrawipeople to its right to self- determination.
