Boujdour (Refugee Camps), October 18, 2015 (SPS) The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mohamed Abdelaziz, oversaw Saturday, the opening works of the judicial year 2015/2016 under the slogan "eshtablishement of the Sahrawi experience for a national justice system. "
The ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister, Abdelkader Taleb Omar, Minister of Justice and Religious Affairs, Hamada Selma, members of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, the SADR government and the judiciary sector.
During this ceremony, the Minister of Justice and Religious Affairs, made an assessment of the past year and presented the programme of action for the next year, to ensure a good outcome and successful work.
He also hailed the Saharawi experience in this field, calling for greater efforts to support the legislature in the application of laws and building the rule of law.
In a statement to the SPS, Mr. Hamada Salma underlined that the Saharawi state has implemented the legislation and regulations to strengthen the system of justice.
Judges, lawyers and representatives of the sector at the local level had discussed several issues including among other divorce, marriage... and adopted recommendations on these topics. (SPS)
