President Brahim Ghali chairs a meeting of the Permanent Office of the National Secretariat

Shahid al-Hafed, March 16, 2023 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, the Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, chaired a meeting of the Permanent Office of the National Secretariat, at the Presidency of the Republic.

In his opening speech, President Brahim Ghali said that "This is the first meeting of the Permanent Office after the Sixteenth Congress of the Polisario Front and it comes in a distinguished circumstance marked by a number of difficulties and challenges."

The President of the Republic added that the meeting is taking place in light of the intensification of direct confrontation with the Moroccan occupation on the various military fronts, the occupied territories front, the diplomatic and media front.

This requires - stressed President Brahim Ghali - to develop organizational plans for the state and the front to escalate the struggle against the enemy, pointing out that "the enemy suffers from international isolation and a fragile economic situation."

The meeting also discussed the latest developments of the Sahrawi issue, both internally and externally.
