The Communist Party of Russia renews its support for the Saharawi people and their legitimate right to freedom and independence

Moscow (Russian Federation), December 13, 2022 (SPS) - The Communist Party of Russia has renewed its support for the Sahrawi people and their legitimate right to freedom, self-determination and independence.
The Communist Party of Russia renewed its support for the Saharawi issue during the party's celebration of the centenary of the founding of the Soviet Union, in the presence of a youth delegation on behalf of the representative of the Polisario Front in Russia, Dr. Ali Salem Muhammad Fadel, in addition to a large number of left-wing parties from Spain, Georgia, Nepal, Belarus and others, as well as Russian personalities and local media.
The event was an opportunity to brief the attendees on the latest developments of the Sahrawi issue, including the resumption of armed struggle on November 13, 2020 and the readiness of the Sahrawi people, under the leadership of its revolutionary vanguard and its legitimate representative, the POLISARIO Front to wrest their complete freedom.
The Communist Party, through the speech of its Secretary General, Mr. Sergey Malinkovitch, expressed its absolute and principled support for the struggle of the Sahrawi people and its legitimate representative, the Polisario Front, expressing its dissatisfaction with the procrastination practiced by the UN body, led by the Security Council, regarding the implementation of previous UN resolutions, including The immediate organization of the referendum on self-determination for the Sahrawi people, for which a UN mission was formed in 1991.
Mr. Sergey Malinkovitch renewed the party's readiness to continue raising awareness of the Sahrawi issue and the legitimate struggle of its people, recalling at the same time adherence to and maintaining the good and advanced relations between the Russian communists and the Polisario Front.
