Saharawi Delegation in Navarra Meets with the Peace and Freedom Intergroup with the Sahrawi people

Pamplona (Navarra), Nov 18, 2019 (SPS) - The Saharwa Delegation in Navarra represented by Lehbib Breika and Mohamed Gailani, respectively, delegate and sub-delegate, held a working meeting with members of the Peace and Freedom Intergroup in the Sahara, headed by its president, Carlos Mena Blasco and accompanied by Patricia Perales, Isabel Aranburu, Marisa de Simón and Javier García Giménez.
The meeting has been used by the Sahrawi diplomats to transfer to the counterpart the latest developments of the national cause at international and regional level, as well as the situation of the Sahrawi refugee camps and the areas occupied by the Moroccan regime.
For their part, the members of the Peace and Freedom Intergroup in the Sahara, transferred their commitment to the legitimate struggle of the Saharawi people, expressing their willingness to participate in the Conference, EUCOCO, which will take place in Vitoria on November 22 and 23 Likewise, make work trips to the camps, according to a statement from the Saharaui Delegation in Navarra.
It is noteworthy that the Peace and Freedom Intergroup in the Sahara is known for its activism in favor of the Saharawi cause and the constant work for improving the living conditions in the camps.SPS
