Sahrawi Republic takes part at EU and AU Foreign Ministers meeting in Brussels

Brussels (Belgium), Jan 22, 2019 (SPS) - A Saharawi delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Mohamed Salem Uld Salek took part in the meeting of foreign affairs ministers of the African Union and the European Union held in Brussels from 21 to 22 January.
The EU Foreign Ministers discuss with their African counterparts the EU-AU cooperation in political areas such as: peace, security and governance, and in economic areas such as: trade, investment and economic integration, as well as strengthening cooperation between the countries to maintain peace and stability.
The Saharawi delegation consists of  the delegate minister for Europe, Mohamed Sidati, Counselor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mohamed Yeslem Beissat, the ambassador and permanent representative to the African Union, Lamine Baali, and members of the Representation of the Frente POLISARIO in Europe and Belgium Aba Malainin and Basiri Mulay Hassan.
