Sahrawi students trial postponed to March 13

Marrakesh (Morocco) February 14, 2018 (SPS) - The so-called Court of Appeal of the Moroccan occupation in Marrakech decided today to postpone the trial of the Saharawi political prisoners known as the group of students until March 13.

The Sahrawi students' group entered the hall of meetings dressed in the Saharwi national dress "Darra" and chanted national slogans demanding the Sahrawi people's right to complete independence.

The Moroccan occupation forces in various forms of security and police have prevented many families of Saharawi detainees from entering the courtroom without any legal justification. This is a method used by the Moroccan occupation authorities in the series of sham and unfair trials that have affected Saharawi civilians in the occupied Territories of Western Sahara. SPS
