Submitted on

Lima (Peru), Sept 11, 2017 (SPS) – The Peruvian Socialist Party has called for allowing Sahrawi ambassador to Latin America, Khadijetu Kina, to carry on her mission in Peru.
We demand that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and that of Interior respect the UN resolutions, revoke the measure and apologize so that the Ambassador can carry out activities on behalf of her people in Peru, said the leadership of the Peruvian Socialist Party in a statement.
The Sahrawi Ambassador arrived in Peru in order to meet with President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, as the envoy of President of the Republic, Secretary-general of the Polisario, Brahim Gali. The purpose of the meeting with the President of Peru was to reestablish diplomatic relations with the Sahrawi Republic. (SPS)
