"We officially sent to the United Nations our agreement on the appointment of Horst Köhler," Boukhari told APS, stressing that the Sahrawi party informed the Secretary General it was ready to cooperate with the new UN Envoy of the UN if its appointment is confirmed.

The former German president is expected to succeed to Christopher Ross, who faced several difficulties and hindrances to his mission from Morocco after having declared this country persona non grata in the occupied territories.
