Bir Lehlu, 23/04/2004 (SPS) Prime Minister, Abdelkader Taleb Oumar, addressed on Wednsday, a message of congratulations to his Algerian counterpart, Ahmed Ouyahya, on the occasion of the latter nomination as prime minister of the Algerian Government.

«We are convinced that your high professional qualities, your virtues and merits, will help you lead your noble mission to good terms», underlined the message, of which SPS received a copy.

The Prime Minister, has also renewed the availability of his government to continue to «fully cooperate» with Algeria to «confirm and strengthen the legendary brotherly relationships that links our two peoples and countries».

Mr. Ahmed Ouyahya, who had presented, last Monday, the resignation of his government, conforming to Algerian constitution, was re-nominated on the same day to the post of prime minister, by the President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, who was re-elected to the presidency of Algerian State with a resounding majority, on April the 8th.
