receives Spanish and Italian delegations

(SPS) The President of the Republic, Mohamed Abdelaziz, received at a
luncheon this Sunday many Spanish and Italian delegations who are
undertaking a visit to the SADR within the framework of solidarity with
the Saharawi people and in support to its legitimate rights to freedom
and independence.
"We are here within the framework of a work period with the Saharawi
Parliament to deepen the internal democracy in the democratic bodies
and to support the Saharawi people in its struggle to recover its
rights to self-determination and independence", declared to SPS Mr.
Carlos Cristobal, Coordinator of the Parliamentary intergroup of
Navarra, "Peace and freedom to Saharawi people", which was constituted
since 1995.
On his part the Coordinator of the delegation and Counsellor to the
Mayoralty of "Dos Hermanas" (Seville-Spain), Raoul Gil Sanchez,
expressed on behalf of the four Counsellor accompanying him the
determination to get a close idea on the needs of the Saharawi
population in exile so as "to target this kind of urgent humanitarian
aid to this people who suffered so much".
The Coordinator of the Association "Rio de Oro" of solidarity with the
Saharawi people, which directs many social projects at the refugees
camps, underlined that the association that was created in 2001 in
Macerata (central Italy), is very interested now in the
distant-adoption of handicaps.
Macerata is twinned to the Wilaya of Dakhla since 2001 and receives
tens of Saharawi kids every year for summer vacations, it should be
