27 of February School (Saharawi refugee camp), 15/10/2006 (SPS) The new judiciary year opened this Sunday in the « Chahida Naaja Ali Brahim Center » under the presidency of the Head of the State, Mohamed Abdelaziz, and the Prime Minister, Abdelakader Taleb oumar, in addition to members of the Saharawi Government.

In his opening speech, The Saharawi Minister of justice, Hammada Selma, gave a presentation about the work realised during the last year and the obstacles that hindered the accomplishment of a part of the annual programme adopted by the Saharawi Republic.

He also awarded some magistrates and employees of the Ministry in reorganisation to their activities, including some of them who served for 30 years.

He finally hailed the "level of comprehension and complementarity between the old magistrates and the new ones for the sake of the enforcement of law and the construction of the State of Law", he said.

The meeting was attended by the President of the Constitutional Council, Mohamed Bouzeid, many magistrates, lawyers, employees and representatives of Polisario Front’s mass organisations. (SPS)
