SADR participates in Africa Public Service Day conference in Kigali

Kigali, June 23, 2017 (SPS) - The delegate minister in charge of African affairs, Hamdi Jalil Mayara, has taken part  in the Africa Public Service Day conference celebrated in Rwandan capital Kigali.
Celebrated on June 23 annually by African Union (AU) member states to mark and appreciate the work being done by the public service, the Africa Public Service Day is also marked every two years at a continental level and hosted by one of AU member countries.
The celebrations were previously held at the continental level in Namibia (2007), Tanzania (2009 and 2011), Ghana (2013), and Republic of Congo (2015).
The event in Kigali is being held under the theme, “Entrenching a citizen-centred service delivery culture: partnering with the youth for Africa’s transformation.” (SPS)
