Three Spanish researchers expelled from El Aaiun by Morocco

El Aaiun (occupied territories), October 10, 2016 (SPS) The Moroccan authorities deported Sunday three Spanish researchers Carlos Martin, Gloria Guzman and Arantcha Chacon from the airport of the occupied city of El Aaiun, indicated a Saharawi media source.
The aim of the visit was to participate in awareness days about violations of human rights in occupied Western Sahara, organized by the Saharawi Association of Victims of Grave Violations of Human Rights Committed by the Moroccan State (ASVDH), according to the source.
The Spanish researchers invited by the ASVDH, would facilitate workshops on the legal aspect of the Saharawi question, human rights, as well as the presentation of a book about the suffering of the Sahrawi people under Moroccan occupation, written by Carlos Martin, Member of the delegation. (SPS)
