El Hafed, 12/03/2007 (SPS) The Council of the Saharawi
Republic’s Government met on Monday under the chairmanship of the
Prime Minister, Abdel Kader Taleb Oumar, with the presence of the
Ministers, Walis (Governors) and national cadres, "to discuss the
main future events programmed by the organisation", an official
source indicated.
The Government’s Council examined the results of the commemoration
of the 31st anniversary of the Saharawi Republic in the liberated
territories, exposing the "national achievements in all the fields",
especially the reactions to the Moroccan delaying manœuvre.
It also studied the preparation concerning the start of the National
conferences that will start since the second week of March to
prepare for the holing of the 5th Congress of the National Union of
the Saharawi Women (UNFS), which will take place this April the 5th
to the 7th in the 27 of February School.
On another hand, the Government’s Council indicated that dozens
delegations and Saharawi children’s hosting families in Europe will
arrive by the end of March to the Saharawi refugee camps.
It finally appointed the third week of March as the date for the
holding of the week of Health under, which will be organised by the
Saharawi Ministry of Health through a campaign of hygiene and
disinfection at the level of the Wilayas and institutions. (SPS)
