SADR/CONFERENCE/SOLIDARITY

The Prime Minister: "we reject and condemn all the rickety solution presented by the Moroccan government"

Tifariti (liberated territories), 26/02/2007 (SPS) The Prime Minister, Abdelakader Taleb Oumar, vividly condemned and rejected, on Tuesday in Tifariti, "all the rickety solutions presented by the Moroccan government, as they are in contradiction with the international legality and the UN’s doctrine concerning the decolonisation matters".

The Prime Minister, who was attending the international Conference of solidarity with the Saharawi people, held this February the 26 in Tifariti (liberated territories), underlined that the conference, the first of its kind in the liberated territories, "intervenes in these zones where the Saharawi Republic exercises full sovereignty, and this to give proof, if need be, that the Saharawi State is an irreversible reality", the organisers indicated.

"Through this conference and the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of the Saharawi Republic and the organisation of the super marathon in the liberated territories, we want to give a proof that there is a people here, a liberated territory and a government that materialise the very essence of the State in addition to the wide international support to this State", he said.

It will also be an opportunity to show that the Saharawi struggle "does not take place only from exile, but also from the liberated territories and the occupied zones through the peaceful intifada that is taking place since May 2005", he stressed.

He further consider that the strong participation of the Saharawis in the different activities that are taking place during these two days in Tifariti "is also a strong message of determination" of the Saharawi people to "continue the struggle for the national liberation until the accomplishment of its sovereignty on the all its national territory".
