40th anniversary of National Sahrawi Assembly: Determination to continue struggle for independence

9-June School (Refugee Camps), 30 Nov 2015 (SPS) - The participants in the festivities marking the 40th anniversary of the creation of the Sahrawi National Assembly reaffirmed Saturday their determination to continue the struggle for the independence of the Sahrawi people.

Christopher Ross arrives in Saharawi refugee camps

Shahid El Hafedh (refugee Camps), 27 Nov 2015 (SPS) - UN Secretary-General's personal envoy to Western Sahara, Christopher Ross, arrived Friday afternoon in Saharawi refugee camps as part of a two-day official visit in a bid to relaunch negotiations between Morocco and the Polisario Front.
In the Saharawi refugee camps, the third stage of his tour to the region after Algeria and Morocco, the UN envoy will meet the Saharawi delegation to the negotiations, Polisario Front executives and Saharawi ministers and top officials.

UN envoy to Western Sahara expected to arrive today to Sahrawi refugee camps

Chahid El Hafed, November 27,  2015 (SPS) - The UN personal envoy for Western Sahara, Christopher Ross, expected to arrive today to the Saharawi refugee camps as part of a tour to break the standstill of  the conflict in Western Sahara.
Ross will meet with the negotiating delegation of the Polisario Frente and with senior officials of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic.

NS Polisario Front Bureau denounces Moroccan intransigence policy

Chahid El Hafed, November  25,2015 (SPS) .- The Bureau of National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, denounced on Tuesday the Moroccan policy of intransigence, its last was the visit of the Moroccan king to a part of the occupied territories of Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic and the military siege and repression that accompanied the visit against the Saharawi civil population.
